Mini camps - summer 2008
Mini camps are a fun and effective way to focus on a particular area of player development.  All of our camps offer in-depth coaching with a maximum player to coach ratio of 8:1.

Once you've decided on a camp, check out our camp schedule by location to find your most convenient option.  Please note that the prices for some camps vary by location.  Book your camps by calling the phone number for your location (number can be found on the schedule above).

See you at camp!

Shooting camp

Shooting Camps focus on helping players improve their shooting mechanics, form and technique; footwork and balance; shooting off of the dribble and pass.  Also, we work with the players on proper execution of a shot fake, jab step, jab-step-crossover and combinations of these moves to create scoring opportunities for themselves.

Post player camp

Post Player Camps are not just for the “big” players because all players should know how to post up and how to score from the low post.  Our focus in these camps is on where and how to post up, how to seal the defender, the importance of being a big target, proper execution of the drop step, up-and-under and reverse lay-up moves with “no” and 1 dribble.  We teach players how to post up at the medium and high post areas as well, how to effectively use the bank shot and how to use the spin move in the paint for creating scoring opportunities and drawing fouls.

Perimeter player camp

Perimeter Player Camps are designed to give all players an opportunity to specifically work on their perimeter offensive skills.  The skills we focus on include how to get open with and without a screen, using the v-cut, creating separation from their defender with the dribble, proper execution of a shot fake, jab step, jab-step-crossover and combinations of these moves to create scoring opportunities for themselves, and using the change-of-direction dribble (cross-over, between-the-legs, behind-the-back and spin moves) to get by a defender.
